India’s ONGC Videsh rolls out $900m RFP to part-fund acquisition of African gas field

The international arm of India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, ONGC Videsh, has sent out a request for proposals for a $900m six month bridge loan.

Lenders have been given until the end of the month to pitch for the loan, the proceeds of which will be used to partly finance the state run company’s acquisition of a gas field in Mozambique.
