EMP ONWJ launches $203m reserves-based loan

Energi Mega Persada, an Indonesian oil and gas production company, had its $203m five year reserves-based refinancing deal launched into syndication by sole bookrunner Bank of America Merrill Lynch on July 31.

The deal, priced at a margin of 600bp over dollar Libor, with a 50bp step-up every year, and has an average weighted life of 3.2-years, is available at three different levels, according to a banker close to the deal.
