Malaysia’s 7-Eleven IPO just around the corner
The Malaysia operator of 7-Eleven convenience stores, Seven Convenience, filed a preliminary prospectus to Securities Commission Malaysia on September 24.
Seven Convenience is looking to list before the end of the year and will be offering 530m shares or a 43% float. It also comes with a 14% greenshoe.
