Servelec launches LSE main market's first tech IPO since 2011

UK IT firm Servelec launched an IPO on the London Stock Exchange's main market on Wednesday, the first technology company to do so since 2011.

CSE Global, which wholly owns Cervelec, will sell its entire stake in the deal.

For 2012, Servelec reported revenues of £39.4m and pre-tax profit of £11.9m.

Investec is sponsor, financial adviser, sole bookrunner and broker to Servelec.

The company expects to complete the listing by early December.
