Infinis follows renewable fund frenzy to £300m company IPO
Infinis Energy, a UK renewable energy generator owned by private equity fund Terra Firma, is set to be valued at around £1bn in an IPO that follows a run of renewable energy fund listings in 2013.
Infinis is an operating company, rather than a fund, which bankers hope will drive interest in the float. A broader and more international investor base is likely to look at the deal, they said.
