Ewos shows deals growing in booming Norwegian HY market

Ewos Group, the Norwegian fish food company, sold the second largest Norwegian krone high yield bond ever yesterday, and more issuers are lining up in what could be the market's biggest ever year.

So far this year, 36 high yield bonds have been issued in Norwegian kroner, totalling Nkr20.2bn (€2.5bn), according to Dealogic — within sight of 2012's full year record of Nkr24bn from 44 deals. Issuance doubled in 2011 and almost doubled again in 2012.
