Uniqa raises €705m as management soothes investor concerns

Austrian company, Uniqa Insurance Group completed a €705m re-IPO on Wednesday that will help fund its restructuring plan.

Uniqa sold 95m new shares — representing around 44% of the pre-deal share capital — for €8 each. The deal increases the company's free float from 6.9% to 35%.
