Adira debuts with $100m three year

Adira Dinamika, an Indonesian consumer finance company, has launched a $100m three year deal into syndication, making its debut in the loan market.

BNP Paribas is the sole bookrunner of the transaction, which also features a $100m greenshoe option, according to a banker.

Priced at 180bp over dollar Libor, the deal offers four ticket levels: mandated lead arrangers need to commit at least $25m, lead arrangers $20m, arrangers $15m and ...
