Finland’s Sponda builds up its foreign following with €150m five year

Sponda, the unrated Finnish property company that owns offices, shops and warehouses in Finland and Russia, returned to the bond market today with a €150m bond that further internationalised its investor base.

Finnish companies have been becoming more active bond issuers in the past two years as they diversify away from bank funding, and several of the more regular issuers have also been finding new investors outside Finland and beyond the Nordic region.
