Savino del Bene sets sail with IPO roadshow as pricing range set

An IPO of up to €108.5m for Italian freight forwarding firm Savino del Bene will be priced between €2.55-€3.10 per share, with bankers saying that the deal has attracted a strong degree of shadow interest after it was launched at the end of October.

“This is an esoteric, small cap-deal, but there’s plenty of appetite for it,” said one banker. “There are limited opportunities to get access to a pure-play freight forwarder, so it has generated a good bit of interest.”
