Fortune Reit wraps up and allocates HK$4.6bn loan

Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust has closed syndication and finalised allocations of its HK$4.567bn ($589m) loan, with the amount transferred to the borrower on November 11.

Bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers DBS and Standard Chartered have been allocated HK$869.5m each, while MLAs Fubon Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) and Scotiabank received HK$500m apiece.
