Twelve log on to Lenovo $1.2bn club

Computer maker Lenovo has signed up 12 banks to its $1.2bn five year, opting to close the deal as a club, with Citi acting as the co-ordinator.

In addition to Citi,  the 11 banks that have come in as MLAs are Australia and New Zealand Bank, Barclays , BNP Paribas, Bank of China, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi-UFJ, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, DBS, Mizuho, Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Chartered.
