Cyber security firm Darktrace begins London IPO process

Cambridge-based cybersecurity company Darktrace has kicked off its long-awaited IPO on the London Stock Exchange, having announced its intention to publish a registration document on Monday morning.

In a statement, Darktrace said it plans to list on the premium segment on the main market of the LSE. The company will be eligible for inclusion in the FTSE UK indices once listed.
