Club Brugge kicks off Brussels IPO process

Belgian football club Club Brugge is teeing up an IPO on Euronext Brussels that will see the side join the small ranks of listed European football clubs.
Club Brugge, from the medieval city of Bruges, said in an intention to float document on Wednesday that its IPO would consist of existing shares sold by Grizzly Sports NV, a vehicle controlled by club chairman Bart Verhaeghe, and CEO Vincent Mannaert, along with Belgian businessmen Jan Boone
