NCHA latest to link loan to racial diversity

Nottingham Community Housing Association has signed a revolving credit facility with a margin that is partially linked to increasing racial diversity within its management team — a metric that more borrowers are expected to use in sustainability-linked financings.
NCHA has signed a £50m five year revolver with NatWest. The margin is linked to improving the energy performance of its homes and increasing black and minority ethnic (BAME) representation in its management team by 3%, to 13%, by 2025.
