Blackstone-backed Sona Comstar eyes Rp60bn listing

Indian auto parts firm Sona Comstar is set to file paperwork for an up to Rp60bn ($827.9m) IPO, according to a source close to the deal.
The Gurugram-based company, which is backed by US private equity firm Blackstone and Sona Group, is expected to submit a draft red-herring prospectus with the securities regulator this week.
Credit Suisse, JM Financial, JP Morgan, Kotak Mahindra Capital and Nomura are the bookrunners for the IPO.
