IG corporate issuance ramps up

The high grade corporate bond market was again packed with deals on Wednesday, with syndicate bankers expecting no let-up in activity and the week to end on a bang.

UK utility National Grid, the Finnish arm of Swedish property company Balder and charity Motability were in the market for euro funding in senior format, while the sterling saw activity from Volkswagen.
