Fashionette to open IPO books after setting range

German e-commerce company Fashionette, which sells designer handbags and accessories online, has set a price range for its IPO on the Frankfurt stock exchange.

Hauck & Aufhauser is sole global coordinator and bookrunner on the IPO.

The company is selling shares alongside a placement from German investment fund Genui, its major shareholder.
