IFC jumps on 10 year dollar bandwagon

The International Finance Corporation has mandated banks to lead a 10 year dollar bond in what will be the fourth public sector borrower to sell a bond in this part of the curve this week.

Citi, HSBC, JP Morgan and Nomura will lead IFC’s new $1bn August 2030 global bond. The leads are taking indications of interest with initial price thoughts of mid-swaps plus 18bp area, ahead of an expected launch on Thursday.
