Shearman & Sterling has hired Mark Chorazak as partner in its global financial institutions advisory and financial regulatory practice in New York.

Chorazak is a financial regulatory attorney focused on financial markets' transition from Libor as a reference rate.

The attorney joins the law firm after two years as partner at Cadwalader and 11 years as counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
