Chinese LGFV taps euro bond market

Chinese local government financing vehicle Chenzhou Industry Investment Group sold a euro-denominated bond on Thursday, rounding out a week of club-like deals in Asia.

While the US debt market was back in action this week, albeit with high new issue premiums paid for transactions, the Asian market has remained quiet. Only club-style bonds have been sold, with bankers still waiting to see a market opening trade.
