Trans Retail, Sritex mandate banks for loan return

Trans Retail Indonesia, previously known as Carrefour Indonesia, and textile firm Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex) have both mandated banks for new loans.

Trans Retail has picked 10 banks for a $750m borrowing. The mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners are BNP Paribas, CTBC Bank, Credit Suisse, DBS, Deutsche Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Maybank, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp and Taishin International Bank, according to bankers.
