Stenn boosts securitization shelf with M&G investment

Specialist trade financing company Stenn has doubled the size of its securitization facility, Stenn Assets Funding, adding non-credit insured mezzanine tranches financed by M&G and boosting the size of the senior tranches in the shelf.

The deal is a step in fuelling the firm’s rapid growth — its portfolio has quadrupled in the last year — and Stenn aims to become a regular securitization issuer offering full stack deals as well as credit-insured and non-credit insured issues.
