Zinus seals $181m Korea IPO below price guidance

South Korean mattress maker Zinus has raised W211.4bn ($180.6m) from its IPO after pricing the deal below the marketed range, according to a source familiar with the matter.

The company was planning to list 3.02m shares at W80,000 to W90,000 each, which gave it potential proceeds of W241.7bn to W271.9bn. But a lack of demand from domestic investors meant the issuer and sole bookrunner NH Investment & Securities had to rein in their initial target.
