Hungary expands capital markets reach with securitization advisory

Shareholders of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) decided to establish a securitization advisory subsidiary at a meeting held on August 14 to “facilitate the development of the domestic securitization market.”

The First Securities Advisory will be formed with a subscribed capital of Huf50m ($0.17m), with a capital reserve of Huf750m ($2.5m) and a total initial capital of Huf800m ($2.7m).
