Debt capital markets and syndicate bankers covering Latin America say they are enduring a busy week despite no new issuance as they expect a busier than usual September.

Volatility since the end of last week, triggered by the US imposing further tariffs on Chinese goods, has squeezed Latin American issuer enthusiasm for new deals, according to bankers.
