BAML's DACH ECM head retires

The head of equity capital markets for the German speaking region at Bank of America Merrill Lynch has left the bank and retired after more than two decades in the investment banking industry.

Georg Hansel has stepped down after three years at BAML, a source familiar with the situation said. He joined in July 2016 from Deutsche Bank, where he had worked for 25 years.
