Crédit Agricole has appointed Sébastien Domanico as head of global markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, just weeks after he was picked to lead a different division at the bank.
He starts in his new job on Thursday. He is based in Paris and reports to Pierre Gay, head of the global markets division. Gay has been doing the EMEA job in addition to his position as global head.
