CapitaLand raises S$150m sustainability loan

CapitaLand has raised a sustainability-linked facility of S$150m ($110m) with Crédit Agricole, just nine months after closing a larger deal with DBS.

The new five year transaction was a multicurrency facility, according to a press release from the Singapore-listed property developer on Tuesday.
