BOC Aviation takes flight with $548m deal

Singapore-based lessor BOC Aviation priced its second securitization backed largely by early to mid-life, narrowbody planes. The triple-tranche deal also includes an equity portion.

The $443m class ‘A’ notes sold at par with a coupon of 3.96%, and the $73m ‘B’ notes with a coupon of 4.94%. The ‘C’ notes sold at par with a coupon of 6.9%.
