Artemis launches short end HY fund with ex-Kames staff

UK-based active fund manager Artemis has launched a short end high yield fund, to be managed by David Ennett and Stephen Baines.

The fund aims to return in excess of cash over rolling three year periods, with a focus on short maturity BB- and B-rated corporate bonds. Ennett said in a release that these assets had “typically been less volatile than the lower-rated parts of the high yield market.”
