Credit Suisse hires Mathieson from NatWest

Thomas Mathieson has joined Credit Suisse from NatWest Markets, to head up special situations and loan trading.

Mathieson will join as a managing director within credit products for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will be based in London and report to Basil Eggenschwyler, head of EMEA leveraged finance trading.

At NatWest Markets, Mathieson was head of loan and distressed trading.
