World Bank treasurer to leave for Oxford University

World Bank treasurer Arunma Oteh is leaving the institution in December this year to join Oxford University.

Oteh has been vice president and treasurer at World Bank group since 2015, having previously been director general of the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission. Before that, she held several senior roles including group treasurer at the African Development Bank.
