CFF wobbles as investors flock to ABN

Compagnie de Finacement Foncier (CFF) was unable to attract a swell of demand for its 10 year, possibly due to the tight starting spread. In contrast, yield hungry investors flocked to ABN Amro’s mega-sized 15 year offering.

ABN Amro attracted a final order book of €2.8bn for its €2bn 15 year deal, which was priced on Wednesday at a final spread of 2bp over mid-swaps from 5bp initially and a refined level of 3bp.
