UK relaunches student loan sale, plans deal by year-end

The UK’s Department for Education relaunched its securitization of Income Contingent Student Loans, which was shelved because of the snap UK general election in June this year.

The revamped capital structure has dropped the ‘A3’ tranche and the ‘A1’ coupon has been changed. Fitch has also downgraded the rating on the ‘A1’ notes.
