CK Hutchison returns for third dollar deal of the year

CK Hutchison Holdings is wooing dollar debt investors for the third time this year, opening books for a triple-tranche deal on Tuesday morning.

Joint bookrunners Barclays, Citi, Goldman Sachs (Asia) and Morgan Stanley launched the three year portion of the 144A/Reg S trade at the 95bp over US Treasuries area. A five and a half year tranche was opened at 110bp over area, and a 10 year at 125bp over area. ...
