Eurex helped by interest rate derivs trading

Deutsche Börse reported second-quarter earnings on Wednesday that showed increased trading of interest rate derivatives offset lower activity in equity and index derivatives.

Total revenues rose 4% to €623.6m, compared with the second quarter of 2016, the exchange reported on Wednesday. Total adjusted net income was up 7% to €232.8m.
