Reliance Infrastructure unveils $442m InvIT listing

Indian conglomerate Reliance Group is the latest to file for an infrastructure investment trust listing, announcing plans to raise Rp30bn ($442m).


Reliance Infrastructure InvIT Fund, sponsored by Reliance Infrastructure, lodged a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India last Friday. Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management is the manager of the InvIT, which will sell 25% of its enlarged market capitalisation under the IPO.
