India Grid Trust joins queue for InvIT approval

Infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) India Grid Trust has taken its first step towards going public, submitting a draft red herring prospectus on December 2.

The trust, known as IndiGrid, is eyeing a potential float worth Rp26.5bn ($388.3m) and has hired Citi, Edelweiss Financial Services and Morgan Stanley as lead managers.
