Volatility abounds, but Virgin shows windows still open

European bank results season is in full swing, and though a handful of banks have beaten expectations with bittersweet results, it is clear legal costs are still a serious concern for profits. The results season, the summer lull and market volatility are just three of the reasons keeping the primary market all but closed this week.
