Correction and apologies

The previous Emerging Markets Breaking News email sent at 15:45 with the subject line "Ukraine mandates for $1bn bond" was sent in error. As part of the development work being carried out on our Newsletters, we inadvertently sent a test update to all recipients of the Emerging Markets breaking news alert. This was unintentional and due to a technical error between our live and test environments. We will take further steps to keep these two environments separate and we apologise for any confusion this may have caused to subscribers to the Emerging Markets breaking news alert.
