Ukraine’s MHP, DTEK unleash pent-up supply

Ukrainian issuers savoured their first taste of a market opening since the credit crisis this week, with DTEK selling $500m, MHP raising $330m, and more preparing to follow, as gravity continues its work on sovereign spreads.
