Loterias y Apuestas del Estado on Wednesday denied Spanish media reports that it might postpone its €7bn initial public offering. Approval of its prospectus by the Commission Nacional del Mercado de Valores is due at the end of September, it said, with listing on schedule to be completed in the first week of November.
