CEE’s Euromedic closes €250m syndication
Syndication of healthcare provider Euromedic’s €250m of senior loans has closed oversubscribed. The facilities, alongside the proceeds of the company’s sale of its dialysis division to Fresenius, will be used to refinance existing debt.
