Deutsche Wohnen sets price

Deutsche Wohnen set the subscription price for a €460m rights issue on Tuesday evening, with investors given two days to trade rights and a further four days to subscribe to the deal. The rights have been tradeable for the last five days but surged 117% after pricing was set.
