Ex-ECM banker Martin takes Exillon Energy to Warsaw

What happens when an equity capital markets banker gets to run a real company? A progressive approach to listing location might be one of the answers — as London-listed Exillon Energy, run by Mark Martin a former head of ECM at ING, said on Thursday that it would become the first Russian oil firm to seek a secondary listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
