ISDA Asked To Rule On Dynegy Succession Issue

UBS has submitted a request to the determinations committee of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association to rule on whether a succession event has occurred after Dynegy Holdings changed to a Delaware limited liability company Sept. 1.
