GSW Immo offers residential spin to CB supply

GSW IMMOBILIEN sold a €185m convertible bond on Thursday in what was the eighth equity-linked deal from a European real estate company in the last three months and the second this week. But the German residential sector is the darling of the industry, minimising the impact to GSW Immo from the heavy recent supply.
