Vranken-Pommery uncorks €42m rights issue
Vranken-Pommery Monopole, the French champagne producer, on Tuesday set terms on a €42.5m rights issue which will fund several acquisitions from its majority shareholder. It also gave a profit warning, leading the shares to fall close to the offer price when rights trading began this week.
