CEB takes LT2 to fill up gap in capital structure
Credit Europe Bank priced a $250m 8.5% 2019 lower tier two note on Thursday evening, with investors comfortable that the Ba3/BB- rated bank is not using the capital as a substitute for tier one, as Moody’s recently warned Russian banks could be doing.
